At Aesthera Wellness of Pittsburgh (“Aesthera Wellness,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare, telehealth, and wellness services. Our providers devote time, resources, and specialized expertise to ensure every patient receives high-quality, personalized care.

Because our services involve professional medical and wellness treatment time, consultations, and the use of supplies and resources, all sales and payments for services are final.

2. No Refund Policy

Aesthera Wellness of Pittsburgh maintains a strict no-refund policy for all rendered services, including but not limited to:

  • In-person consultations and treatments

  • Telehealth visits

  • Preventive care, wellness, or aesthetic procedures

  • Service packages, memberships, and promotional offers

Once a service is provided, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction with outcomes, changes in personal circumstances, or unused portions of pre-paid services.

3. Prepaid Services and Packages

If you have purchased a treatment package or pre-paid service plan:

  • All payments are non-refundable once made.

  • Sessions or treatments cannot be exchanged for other services or transferred to another individual.

  • In limited circumstances, management may consider a service credit (not a refund) toward another treatment at our discretion.

4. Appointment Cancellations and No-Shows

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation or rebooking fee as outlined in our office policy.

  • Pre-paid deposits or consultation fees for missed appointments are non-refundable.

5. Products and Retail Sales

All skincare, supplements, and retail products purchased through Aesthera Wellness are final sale and non-refundable once opened or used.
Unopened, unused products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, at the discretion of management, and only if the product is in saleable condition.

6. Policy Acknowledgment

By purchasing any service or product from Aesthera Wellness of Pittsburgh, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
We encourage all patients to ask questions and ensure they fully understand service details and pricing prior to payment.
